If you would like to exchange or return an item, we would be happy to assist you. You may return an item within 15 working days of receipt. We are unable to accept returns on any item that has been installed or is incomplete in any way. We are not able to refund shipping fees. We can only accept returns for items that are in resalable condition including original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or damaged. We will not refund import fees, taxes or duties of any kind on items that are returned. If an item is refused at the delivery address we will have the item shipped back to us and charge any incurred charges to the purchasers credit card.
Obviously damaged packages must be noted to the shipper by the customer upon receipt. All claims for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 2 days. It is the buyers responsibility to make any claims to the shipper. We will do our best to help resolve any issues and will make sure that it is resolved in a fair manner. If you need to send an item back due to a shipping error on our behalf of us, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and contact our customer service department by email anytime.
